This beautiful porcelain plaque measures 7 3/4 wide x 15 1/2 tall, the gold leaf frame measures 15 3/4 x 23 1/4, and is in very fine condition.  It features a beautiful hand painted lady of European descent, is artist signed A FRANK, and I estimate its' age to be from the late 1800's.
