Beautiful late Meiji period large embroidered silk Japanese tapestry / wall hanging depicting sailboats navigating on a narrow, tranquil river with large trees, temples, typical Japanese houses and a bridge along its sides. A towering Mount Fuji covered in snow is visible in the background. Embroidery is in very good used condition; silk border and lining are frayed, have tears and losses as shown. Shipped fully insured with tracking number.
Measurements: Including border: 82" by 56"; center panel (without border): 64" by 43" approximately.
