Lake in Wisconsin by Chester Leich. Image 3 3/8 inches high x 4 7/8 inches wide.
Born in Evansville, Indiana - died 1978 Alexandria Va. He traveled widely in the Southwest, doing a number of paintings and drypoint and other etchings of Southwestern subjects.
He studied in Florence, Munich, and Berlin and with Siebelist in Hamburg, Germany.
He was a member of the Chicago and Brooklyn societies of etchers.
