"Miss White Crystal Fairy" is made of white designer horsehair and the brim measures a full 20 inches in diameter. It would look beautiful for that special tea party, church, wedding or Easter! It's adorned with a gorgeous pink rose and delicate embroidered organza around the crown as well as the rosette behind the rose. There's two luscious white ostrich feathers from Spain sweeping across the front and side of the hat and a Xtra full white tulle bow that cascades a full 2 feet down the back...VERY ELEGANT!
