The hat is accented with loops of blue designer horsehair, blue satin and delicate goose biots; beautiful and delicate light blue organza millinery roses with dainty pearl centers are the focal point. The front and side of the hat are adorned with 3 gorgeous imported from Spain and hand dyed feathers; 2 white and 1 light blue.
