Maden Congressman First District, Indiana. There is also a mark on the front cover from where a sticker used to be. There is some light foxing on the back cover. This booklet appears to have not been used. We consider it to be in excellent condition. It measures approximately 9 1/8 x 5 7/8 inches wide.
