Junghans has been producing clocks in Germanyâs Black Forest region since 1861, and was the worldâs largest clockmaker by the early 1900âs. Junghans clocks are well respected by collectors for both their looks and general quality. This lovely Junghans Wall Regulator Clock, circa 1910, is a Free Swinger design and features a mahogany case with a triangular cutout pattern on the top and bottom of the base. Junghansâs brand symbol and trademark, which is a clock cogwheel fashioned into an eight-pointed star, appears on the clockâs mechanism, along with B08, which appears underneath the star. The clockâs case has been professionally restored and measures, 27.00â H X 13.00â W X 06.00â D. The clock is in working order, however it is missing the pendulum.
