All pages are well attached to the staples but the cover has a severe tear on the bottom staple and minor weakness at the top staple due to a miniscule tear (see third picture). No stains, missing pieces, or other tears. Minor fold bottom left corner . 1 inch wrinkle thru the "M". Other than that, the book is a very fine 8.0.
