Fine quality sterling silver open salt and pepper shakers signed Jacoby & Co Sterling 925/1000 Fine Baltimore on the bottom of the salt. This mark was employed from 1890-1894. Along with fellow Baltimore maker Kirk, they were prominent makers of fine quality repousse silver of the period . These pieces have an elegant floral design and feature rams heads on each of the three legs. They weigh 16 troy ounces. Fine examples of silver from the period!
