Japan China (Underglaze) "Windmill" Fruit Bowl. This Fruit Bowl is 5 5/8" in Diameter and is a Blue Transfer Ware. This pattern came out just prior to the onset of the Great Depression of 1929. Because of its Rarity I called the largest matcher in the world down in Greensboro, North Carolina to check its availability. They said they had customers for this pattern but never had a piece in stock for the 30 years they were in business, nor did they have a picture to show on their Website.
