Large gilt wood carved architectural wall hanging from Italy late 19th century. The very deep carving has two sturdy hangers on the back for mounting above a door way,mirror,pictures,fireplace or anywhere a stunning accent is needed. The center features the large oyster shell with swags either side of acanthus leaves and other carvings with shell on both ends. Wonderful gilding with the red base coat slightly visible here and there. In excellent condition. Measures 46L X 12H X 5.5D. Can ship Federal Express with your zip code.
