The magnificent combination of peridot color stones and emerald colored stones really make this brooch quite a spectacular piece. It is dome shaped and large ( 2 1/3"). The center peridot color stone starts a downward pyramid of rich green and peridot color layers. The center stone is wrapped in faceted green stones that are wired around it. The gilt filigree work just makes this more like a piece of art than just a brooch. In very good condition.
