There is a tear mark on the top of the cover that goes through the H in How. The front cover also has bend marks in it. Back cover shows picture of Coldspot Freezer filled with frozen items and has wear marks on it. This cookbook has been well used and loved. We still consider it in good condition although it may have a small stain or upturned page. It measures approximately 10 x 7 inches wide.
