Household Items/Handmade Small Tin Candle Snuffer

This is a colonial style handmade tin candle snuffer. I do know that these are still made today at places like Williamsburg, VA. I do not know where this one was made. When I first acquired it, it had a string tag on it, but somehow, it has been lost. It is approx. 1 3/4" tall and 1 3/8" across the flair. It is in like new condition.
