This horse brass or souvenir pub brass is the design of a wheel and is a mid century copy of an antique horse brass, from the early victorian era from 1940-1950s which can actually be considered vintage as being over 50 years old. It is not the best casting and I would call it good +. Horse brasses were developed in the 17th century to decorate and identify draft horses. They are a popular collectible today. In England you see them decorating the beams in pubs and hanging by the fireplace in homes.
