This is a horse brass or pub brass featuring a rooster, cockerel or cock in a circle and is a souvenir tourist brass made in England in the 1970s. It is in good ++ condition but there are a lot of impurities in the brass. Horse brasses were developed in the 17th century to decorate and identify draft horses and are very collectible. In England you see them decorating the beams in pubs or hung by the fireplace in homes.
