Early 19th c Staffordshire Historical pattern blue and white small berry bowl or saucer. It has no makers mark but looks like a Rogers transfer pattern. You in the know with a pattern book can figure out the pattern and border.The images are a melange of several continents:an Egyptian Pyamid ,A cross ,Roman ruins,Gothic architrave ,and the Great Wall and other oriental architecture. There are 4 pinhead size firing oxidation marks on the front,3 very small nicks on the bottom rim -equally spaced almost like spacers marks.There is a thin rub of color on the outer edge. There are no marks on the bottom except a small underglaze blue, indicernable mark only. The color is a medium blue.
