Hertel, Schwab & Co. issued 22' Character Baby in c 1920. Baby has a beautiful bisque head with 2 upper teeth, blue eyes, brown painted hair,and a cardboard body that has been painted and varnished...looks much like composition. He is jointed at the shoulder, hip, and wrist. Baby has some cracking lines on legs, feet, and hands. He is marked 151 with 14 underneath. Baby has been restrung. Very Good Condition.
