This is a replica of Heisey's plug horse "Oscar", made by Imperial Glass Co. for the Heisey Collectors Association Convention in 1977. It is a limited edition piece and only 2,115 were made. Excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or other form of damage or wear. Dated with the Imperial Glass mark.
