THE INNER BAND OF GILDING IS SOLID AND THE OUTER RING IS SPONGE GILDING. CHARGER MEASURES 12.75" IN DIAMETER. GOLD IS ALL THERE AND NO CHIPS CRACKS OR HAIRLINES.
