Dessert plate, also known as a coupe salad, by Haviland & Company, Limoges, France in the pattern "The National", Schleiger 1209. Haviland & Company created this pattern to honor Armistice Day, Nov. 11, 1918, the end of WWI. Red, white and blue flags encircle the white porcelain with a gold band. It measures 7.5". No chips or cracks. See my other listings for more of this pattern. Really fun to use for Fourth of July celebrations. There are 2 dessert plates at $30 each.
