Here's an old advertising sample tin from Harriet Hubbard Ayer - Ayer's Luxuria "a cosmetic marvel superior to any cold cream" and "guaranteed not to grow hair." This is a sample tin and says so on the side. It still has its contents. There is edge wear, some litho off on the back and wear along the sides. It still displays quite nicely. If you are a collector of old advertising sample cleanser tins, this is nice!
