Hand Painted Milk Glass Heart Trinket Dish .   With lovely  Scalloped border with a raised looped ribbon motif.  At the top is a scallop shell motif handle.   It is 3.25" x 4.25"  . 

The condition is very good  .  There is some fading and wear to the paint.   It is quite old
