Hand Painted in Alaska Seals & Glacier Scene on Square Plate.   It is signed by the artist on the front with the initials    Nice old square plate that you could serve some cookies on or hand on the wall or set in a cabinet.   painted in black, gray and white.   The plate has s raise scallop border insdie the rim.  It is 7.5 inches across.  There is some crazing in the glaze.   Other than that it is in excellent condition.
