Sail boat sculpture.  Hand carved teak sail boat with polished chrome sails.   It looks Mid century modern to me.    The sails are 1 piece of metal.   It is a sturdy piece.   15 1/2  " total height  x   13 " long & 3 1/4 " wide.    It is not signed.
