Hand Carved Wood Smiley Jaguar Mask with glass eyes horse hair whiskers. This is an Old Guatemalan Folk Art Ceremonial Mayan Mask from the area of Chichicastenango. He is one of my favorites because he looks happy and has green eyes. He is rustic and old but most of the paint is still intact. This is some dust in the groves of the carving.

I purchased this mask and many more from a little studio shop in Chichicastango that specializes in antique mask as well as carving his own.
