The book is fair to good condition for its age. The front cover is torn about 1 from the binding. The book is somewhat warped from improper storage. I flipped through the book and did not see any writing. The first couple pages have water staining and there are pages with ripples. The condition sound worse that it actually is. This book has many many years of use left! A great cook book from mid century America!
