This bottle has a clear body with the polka-dotted collar and black painted ring neck and black painted feet. On the base, the bottle is marked " France" in raised letters. The glass top of the bottle has a molded and black painted smiling minstral style face with large round eyes and a large red mouth. The head is filled with hair.
