Goldscheider Art Nouveau Terracotta Mantel Clock

Unavailable

This lovely figural mantel clock by Goldscheider dates from the 1890s, and features the Latin saying on the face, "Amicitia- Vincit Horas" which translates to "friendship overcomes time". It has its original pendulum and the movement does not work. It measures 24.5" wide, 20.5" tall and 6.5" deep (62.2 cm by 52.1 cm by 16.5 cm). The patina is original and there are some repairs to the lower legs of the female, and a few other chip losses here and there. Dimensions: 20.5" H X 24.5" W X 6.5" D (52.1 cm H X 62.2 cm W X 16.5 cm D). Additional images forwarded upon request.
