Beautiful medieval beer stein by Goebel, West Germany, from a private collection. This stein features top large blocks of knights in their armor and below that are smaller blocks of knights with swords on their horses in battle(?). Colors are vibrant. Detail is phenomenal! Signed on the bottom it says: GOEBEL, MERKELBACH*HANDARBEIT*W.GERMANY There is an O stamped into the clay above this signature. Absolutely perfect condition. No chips, cracks, or crazing,etc. A great collector piece!
