This is a beautiful limited edition plate to commemorate the bi-centinnial of the United States. Senior member of the W. Goebel studio of arts Gerhard Skrobek, known fo many collectors of the fine works of art, created this historic adaptation of the "Bald Eagle." The plate is made with highly skilled techniques and is embossed and entirely hand-painted. This plate is in mint condition. The two papers which accompanied the plate are included, but there is no box.
