Glass/Clear Covered Butter Dish

A really simple but elegant covered butter dish of clear molded glass. I found no makers marks. I have not seen this style attributed to any maker in all my research. It reminds me of the streamlined styles of the 1940's. There are no chips or cracks visable. It measures approx. 7 1/2"X3 7/8"X2 1/4".
