Girls size 14 royal blue wool coat made by Rothschilds. The top of the collar and waist are edged in black velvet, and there is a black velvet bow on each side of the front at the waist, with four black velvet buttons up the front. The back is pleated from the waist, and also has a black velvet bow. Very lightly worn and in great vintage condition.
