Germany Stein cup, This looks like Metlox work, highly detailed, nice deep cobalt color to this stein type design of dancing couple framed by flowers. It is marked Made in Germany. Marked .025 on side and #3818. This does however have a x on the bottom and I am guessing is a seconds quality. The inside of the mug has a bunch of little specs that are usually caused from dust being left inside piece and glaze over them causing little spots to appear. It does not affect the beauty of the piece. There is a slit in the handle that a lid can be applied if so desired. Aprox 3 1/2 x 3 1/2"" not including handle.
