K.P.M. over cross, mark of Krister Porzellan Manufaktur in Scheibe-Alsbach (Thuringia). Excellent quality porcelain figurine in the style of Meissen. Winged cherub playing a small lyre, seated on the edge of a shell boat pulled by a swan. Blue and white are the predominant colours, with the swan's reins being multi-coloured floral garlands. The porcelain mark dates it to 1887-1905, but since it is a sans-serif face, I think the early 20th century would be the more accurate. Measures 19 cm long, 10 cm wide and 14 cm high (7.1/2 inches by 4 inches by 5.1/2 inches). Absolutely excellent condition - no damage and lovely detail to work. Very attractive piece.
