This is a miniature Stein made in Germany. It Shows a German dress man and lady in front and on both side a mill house with the word under the man and women going from mill to mill German writing. It reads Grussausdem SchwarzwfLD. The bottom is marked and still has price in marks when it was first purchased. The manufacturer mark on the bottom is that of Zoller & Born Bierkruge. Zoeller and Born is a family owned operation that has been producing high quality beer steins since 1956. They specialize in steins with stunning handpainted relief. The Zoeller and Born steins are one of two German stein companies that still produce 100% of their steins in Germany with 100% German materials and labor Under the lid is stamped DRM 53 2. It measures approx 6 1/2" T x 2 3/4" D at base. No chips or cracks.
