We are thrilled to offer an incredible George III, 1770, armorial tea caddy. To the front are conjoined arms, probably of a recently married couple. The piece is in magnificent condition with no breaks or repairs. To the base are the marks for London, the date letter, the sterling quality mark and the crowned mark of Pierre Gillois. Mr. Gillois was well known for his caddy work and is identified in Jackson's for his quality. Late Hugenot maker.
