I am not sure if this piece is Welsh or Dutch. The lustre looks more gold or tarnished silver than copper. The cobalt color is a rich, dark blue. All hand painted with lots of detail. The lid has been broken on the rim but glued back together well in an easy place to have professionally repaired. If you need a close-up of the lid I can provide one. There is tiny crazing inside & out. A very tiny "nick" in the lustre is at the top of the spout. Marked on the bottom as in image with "Made in England" below the Sadler crest & name on a ribbon. It has 3 separate artist marks as well. A really special teapot....well worth having repaired or not. The lid looks fine without close inspection.
