Gates Mills Cavalier Man on Rearing Horse Ad 1949 This is a December 1949 advertisement. It is a nice color ad from Gates Mills Inc of Johnstown, New York. Ad shows a man in Red Three Musketeer French Revolution suit on a beautiful black rearing horse. Picture is signed by J. Haura not sure of spelling. Man has sword raised high in air. Super picture, great colors. Note the colors in the sky. reads, Cavalier, a new style of glove. Bold and Colorful, Gates Swagger size glove. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This original magazine tear sheet measures 9 3/4 inches wide by 13 1/4 inches tall.
