For Sale I have a Very Beautiful Vase made by the Fulper Pottery Company of Flemington, New Jersey. The Vase in done in the not so commonly found Mirrored Chinese Blue Flambé Glaze. Other than in private collections, this rare and short-lived glaze is seldom seen. You see Blue Flambé Quite Often, but not the Mirrored Version. The Vase displays a Pleasing Classical Grecian Urn Shape and the Deep Mirrored Chinese Blue Flambé Glaze is just outstanding!! This Vase's Glaze is highly reflective. The Vase is considered to be in excellent condition as it really doesn't have any issues to report. It has the usual few Pin Head Size Glaze Pops and is very common with most Fulper Pottery Glazes. The piece is extremely heavy for its size and warrants it as a hand thrown piece. The Vase is signed on the underside with the Incised FULPER (Chinese Style) inside a Vertical Oval or Racetrack signature mark. This is an extremely high quality piece of American Art Pottery. I'm sure the lucky buyer will be delighted with their purchase.
