Fruit Wallpocket. For your consideration is a rather attractive wallpocket featuring a yellow apple? It is the about the same size as a McCoy fruit wallpocket, but is not a McCoy. It looks like there is a name under the glaze on the green portion of this item, near the hole, but it is too far under the glaze and too tiny for me to make it out. It might be a California pottery item. It is heavier than a Japan wallpocket. It has no chips or cracks and has a flat, unglazed back, revealing white clay. A great piece, no matter who made it!
