Stunning hand carved gilt table with inlaid yet removable solid alabaster scrolled top in French Regency styling from France C.1850.Scolled ribbon cut design surrounds the alabaster with very detailed raised carving in floral with oyster shell center is seen on all four sides of the deep apron. Even the raised trim outlining the carving has tiny leaves in the trim. Additional exquisite motif covers the knees and all the was down the high cabriole legs as well as the escargot feet.Could also be used for a small desk. Table and top in excellent condition with just one very tiny edge nick in the alabaster. Measures 31L X 21D X 29.5H.
