Here we have a beautifully painted cityscape signed by artist Standford. This oil on canvas is in the Impressionist of French Modernistic style. The contrast in colors is beautiful with the greens and blues against the gray sky. The windows exude a warm glow on what appears to be a blustery day. This wonderful piece is framed in a dark wood frame. The canvas is 20X24. The painting is in great condition. I do not see any issues with the condition of this piece. The frame does have a couple of nicks and scuffs. I do not know who framed this painting or who made the frame. I do not know the exact date it was framed or who the artist is. This piece is vintage and may not be perfect. The frame measures 28 ¼ inches tall, 32 ¼ inches side to side and 1 ½ inches front to back. The frame and painting weigh a total of 11 pounds.
