The flowing lines of this elegant bracelet suggest the beginnings of Art Nouveau design, with interlacing ribbons of cobalt enamel on 18k gold. It is a very adaptable design and looks beautiful with either dresses or with tailored suits. The clasp carries the French eagle's head mark for 18k gold. the bracelet dates from 1890, when traditional French design was giving way to the sinuous lines of Art Nouveau.
