Gives a little information about Frank Owen and his character Jasper. Shows some cartoons. One cartoon shows Jasper peeking out of the stuffed turkey on the table. Man and woman at table. Caption reads, If you want any more dressing, you have got to give him a flashlight, it is dark in there. Another cartoon shows Jasper taking spins in the bathtub and mother is saying, Okay, take a few more laps around, then Mama needs the mixer in the kitchen. These are funny.
