Ad shows a young boy working on watches at night by lantern light. Young man is Henry Ford. He mended his first watch at 14 using a shingle nail, tweezers made form a corset stay and a pair of knitting needles. Years later, the watchmakers touch and the creed of precision learned by Henry Ford in those winter nights were to guide the building of 30 million cars and trucks.
