This is a Nice Flow Blue Mentone Meakin plate. The edge of the plate has two designs, one in blue and the other in white. There are flowers that are outlined in black and filled in with blue. A white embedded floral designs appears to be hidden behind the blue flowers. This white floral design is a stem and appears six times around the plate. The very edge of the plate has a smaller ring of flowers. The bottom of the plate is light blue and white. A Ps is indented in the center of the bottom of the plate. A Logo is clearly marked and says, "Mentone, Royal Semi Porcelain, Alfred Meakin, LTD, England." The logo also includes a picture of the crown with leaves surrounding both sides. A few light discolored spots can be seen on the bottom of the plate. Please see the pictures for a reference.
