This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border with a vignette of an allegorical woman in front of a classic Florida Hotel. This item has the printed signatures of the Companys Chairman ( H.Wayne Huizenga ) and its Secretary. The company is no longer publicly traded and these certificates are very hard to find.
