Vintage Florida Citrus Fruit Crate Label Waverly Growers Full 1930s Original

$10.00
Quantity available: 5

Florida citrus label from Waverly Growers marked "Full", showing an anthropomorphic orange on a dark blue background. These are original unused labels, printed in the 1930's, tested under ultraviolet light.  There are no brighteners in the paper, which came into wide use in the late 1950s. Measuring 4.5" x 9". In generally very good condition, though may have slight imperfections, occasional edge tears or folds. Best ones sold first.  Backing is slightly reflective, but can't say if it's gummed without dampening it.  Some tanning of edges visible on back.   Sold as is. Printed by Bandau Craig Dickerson Co. of Nashville, Tennessee.
Makes a really cute wall hanging when framed! Inglenook Antiques... Established 1989.
