This vintage original 14" by 20" watercolor painting comes in a 16-3/4" by 22-3/4" wood frame. The wooded landscape was painted by Charles Fletcher a New York State artist that was the President of the Society of Deaf Artists. Died in 1932. Painting is being sold in good condition with some scuffing on original gold painted frame(SEE PHOTOS). The painting has not been taken out of glass protective frame.
